If you want your small business to be found easily on search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing, then SEO is incredibly important for your small business. This is because they trust search engines, and assume that this result must be number one because it’s the very best. If your small business is at the very top, you will be seen as the best option for the user’s query. This user will then share your business with their friends, who will share it with their friends, and eventually, you’ll have plenty of traffic on your website. You can then use an analytical programme, like Google Analytics, to find out valuable information about those who are viewing your website. You can look at where they are, when they are most active online, the devices they use, and so much more. All of this information can then be used to narrow down your target market so that you can focus advertising on a specific set of people. You can also find out the search engines, and the keywords they used to find you, which is also important.
